Coltivato a 700 mt. s.l.m. , il vigneto si estende su 5.000 mq. con un esposizione a sud-est.La vendemmia viene eseguita a fine settembre, dopo una lenta fermentazione e dopo la malolattica il vino viene messo a maturare in vasche di acciaio e una piccola parte in legno.In primavera si effettua l’assemblaggio delle masse e dopo si effettua l’imbottigliamento.Vino leggermente tannico, sentori di ciliegia e spezie sul finale.
