Shipping of the goods

Carlo Lotti Winery ships with 2 different couriers: GLS for Italy and the countries of the European community, MAIL BOX ETC for all other destinations.


The bottles are packed in special shockproof containers which guarantee their conservation and safety.

Transports are covered by insurance against theft, loss and damage.
We remind you that for shipments to the United States, delivery times may be longer than those stated due to problems related to customs clearance.

Shipping costs for Italy amount to Euro 10.00, flat rate regardless of weight. Over Euro 99.00 shipping to Italy is free.

The payment systems accepted in our shop are the Credit Card with online transaction, PayPal and the Advance Bank Transfer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary from destination to destination; for the bank transfer, from the date of crediting the account (approximately 2-3 days from the date of the transfer).

Article 52 and following of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21

The consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or contract negotiated away from business premises without having to provide any reasons and without having to incur costs other than those provided for in article 56, paragraph 2, and article 57.

2. The withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1 ends after fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by
consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods, that is, they are delivered to him.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal
Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer informs the seller of his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract. To this end, the consumer must submit any explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g. mail, certified e-mail, fax, registered letter).

Art. 56.
Obligations of the seller in the event of withdrawal
The seller reimburses all payments received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to article 54. The seller performs the reimbursement referred to in the first period using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not have to incur any costs as a consequence of the reimbursement.
2. Without prejudice to paragraph 1, the seller is not required to reimburse the additional costs, if the consumer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by the seller.

Art. 57.
Obligations of the consumer in the event of withdrawal
Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods himself, the consumer returns the goods or delivers them to the seller or a third party authorized by the seller to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated to the seller his decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to article 54. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

What to do in case of breakages

In case of breakage or tampering with the package, the customer must refuse the collection of the goods which will be promptly replaced and sent again. In any case, Carlo Lotti Winery undertakes to replace the damaged packages at his own expense: the costs of replacing the product and returning it are entirely borne by Carlo Lotti Winery, according to the satisfied or reimbursed principle.

Product warranty

In the event that the product is defective and unsuitable for consumption, please return the remaining quantity to us so that we can verify this defect, and if it is confirmed, send it back to you. In the event that this product is not available, we will refund the amount of this product by bank transfer (to the coordinates indicated by you in the complaint document).
